Free Martial Arts based Training!
Martial Arts will help you find balance in your physical and mental health.
The Academy has SIX different Martial Arts based programs for you to choose from*
If you work full time with students, all you need to do is come to the Academy with your ID badge and let us know you'd like to enroll in Martial Arts classes. It's that easy!

PROGRAMS:
Aikido You can take this class 1, 2 or 3 days/week.
Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-8pm and Saturday 10:30am-12:00pm
Daehanmoodo. It is mainly a mix of the Korean Martial Arts of Tae Kwon Do, Judo, and Hapkido.
Classes are twice each week on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm, and you can make-up or take extra classes on alternate days
Gentle Do Tai Chi
Saturday 9:30 - 10:30am
Tuesday 5:00 - 6:00pm
Hapkido
Monday & Wednesday after our Daehanmodo and Moo Duk Kwan classes 7:00 - 8:00pm
Jedi Warrior Training is a unique program combining Martial Arts, gymnastics, parkour, and (of course) lightsabers!
Friday, Adult class 5:30 - 6:30pm
Saturday Mixed Ages class 9:30 - 10:30am (Adults, Teens, and Kids ages 10+)
Cardio Kickboxing
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00 - 10:00am

P.S. If you have a friend or family member who might also benefit from Martial Arts training, don’t worry! The Academy always offers a trial month for only $50 (including a uniform!) so anyone can try our programs at a very low cost.
